5th CHAKRA (Throat chakra). This Chakra has no connection with the Cabalistic SEPHIROT, it is connected with THE ABYSS, DAAT.
This chakra is closely connected to the fifth auric level, the etheric level, which is visible as a blueish glow.(To Aura-readers and on Kirlian photographs.)

DA'AT
Kabbala = the esoteric , mystical aspect of the jewish
religion, judaism) The "Tree of Life" has 10 "Sephiroth", or Lights, Shining Ones. (Singular: Sephira).
Da'at is a very mysterious, INVISIBLE part of the Tree Of Life, and it is NOT a Sephirot. Da'at can be equated with the Throat-chakra, and is approximately at the same body-position as this chakra. Da'at does NOT have a power name, and is NOT part of or related to one of the four "Worlds", Atsilut, Beria, Yetsira, Assiya.)

Physically, this chakra is closely related to the thyroid gland, or thyroid.
This chakra controls the throat, the speech organs, the neck and the shoulders, and the parts that extend to the ear.

When the enerey flows controlled by this chakra are balanced, a person is:
concentrated, satisfied, artistic. He lives in the present, he has a great sense of timing, he is a good speaker and lecturer, and during meditation he can really have the feeling of being one with his god.

The energy flow is NOT balanced with this chakra:( there is an excess of it):

When the energy flows controlled by this chakra are not balanced, (there is too much), a person is: arrogant, dogmatic and sanctimonious. He talks too much, and sexually he is exorbitantly macho, and he prefers partners that he can dominate.

The energy flow is NOT balanced with this chakra:( there is a shortage of it):
When the energy flows controlled by this chakra are not balanced, (there is too little),a person is: fearful, timid, self-conscious, coy, silent, inconsistent, unreliable, weak , sly and manipulative. He cannot express his thoughts well, sexually he cannot be relaxed, and he is at odds with his religious upbringing. He can also be simply scared of sex.

To restore the balance in the energy flows for this chakra:
The energy flows can be balanced again, by using stones and crystals for crystal healing. The following gemstones can be used for this: blue turquoise, blue chalcedony, aquamarine, and other turquoise and light-blue stones.

Surrounding yourself with pleasant and restorative scents. (see "etheric oils" on this page).

Listening to really favourite music, walking, singing, humming, practicing yoga and qigong, having the spine straightened osteopathically, speaking in public and consciously breathing are also beneficial for this chakra.
