The energy flow is balanced with this chakra:

When the energy flows controlled by this chakra are balanced, a person is: friendly, concerned for others, intuitive, he has a very clear sense of things, a sense of belonging,, he is compassionate, he radiates warmth and kindness and he has a good sense of humor.

The energy flow is NOT balanced with this chakra:( there is an excess of it):

When the energy flows controlled by this chakra are not balanced, (there is too much), a person is: emotional, explosive, he is very pushy, exorbitantly ambitious, manipulative, he is caught up in illusions, he makes sure he always gets his way, and sexually he views his partner only as a sex object.

When the energy flows controlled by this chakra are not balanced, (there is too little), a person is: shy, fearful, even petrified, overly sensitive, he is burdened by guilt, he thinks of himself as a cypher, he is clinging, and sexually he/she is impotent or frigid and often this person has suffered sexual abuse as a child.

2nd CHAKRA (Sex-, Splenic- , or sacrum chakra) and the 9th Sephirot YESOD ("Foundation")

This chakra is closely connected to the second auric level, the emotional level. which follows the contours of the body and lies outside the first aura-layer. This level is visible as an orange layer. (To Aura-readers and on Kirlian photographs.)

(Kabbala = the esoteric , mystical aspect of the jewish religion, judaism) "The Tree of Life" with 10 "Sephiroth", or Lights, Shining Ones. (Singular: Sephira). Yesod (Jesod), the 9th Sephirot, can be equated with the sex/spleen-chakra, and is approximately at the same body-position as this chakra. The power name of Yesod is El Chai Shaddai, which means "Almighty Living God." or El Hay or Elohim Hayyim "The Living God", "Eternal Life".
